Then check issue still persists or not.

BTW, you are using multiple caching plugins.

My suggestion: Using multiple caching plugins will not increase your site speed. Please use one plugin for caching, you may use WP Rocket.

After disabling FacetWP, I didn’t find it last time.

Could you please temporarily disable Elementor Pro too?

Then clear your caching plugin’s cache (Kinsta Cache + WP Rocket Cache + FacetWP – Cache).

The entire website relies on Elementor Pro, I can’t disable it lol.

I deactivated FacetWP and it didn’t resolve the issue.

This plugin has been a constant issue with my website.

BTW, thanks for your staging site. We are working on version 2 of the swatches plugin.

I have installed our latest version on your site and the site is running well from my side .

Please keep in mind version 2 is not fully ready for the production site.

I can see that the JS for the 2nd version of the plugin is no longer forcing the website to the bottom of the page, but if this is not ready for roll-out, it isn’t useful to help fix the issue with my current live website.

Can you please investigate what the JS issue is with your plugin, which is causing my website to be broken again.

Hi Daniel,

From our inspection, the issue is coming from Elementor Pro.

One of their JS conflicting with the Swatches Plugin. Elementor always brings breaking changes.

So, it is difficult to track them. They have already a new version 3.6.2 [14-02-2022].

I have downgraded the version to 3.5.2 and the site is loading normally from my side. Could you please check now?

We also found a console error from Elementor.
