Support Request – PreSale Question

Richard Love

I was originally very excited about utilizing your Woo variation swatches plug-in when I purchased it in 2020.

Unfortunately, I had endless issues configuring this plug-in, and after months of frustration I finally just disabled the plug-in and gave up trying to use it.

Not being a coder/web dev person (I’m a design guy/50 year Art Director) I’ve had some real difficulties creating my personal e-commerce website projects using Woo & the Divi theme.

Now that Divi has significantly upgraded its compatibility with woo commerce, (and my dealing with other serious personal issues) I’m seriously trying to get started again with this project again.

I once asked if I could pay you (or anyone you could recommend) to configure your plug-in for me, but there was no response to that request, so I assumed your answer was no.

Try as I may the videos I found on YouTube never had enough information for me to clearly understand how to configure your plug-in. I’m really starting to think that I should have used Shopify and just forget about all the endless expenses & problems that come with WordPress.

One of the reasons I’ve just hired a short-term temp web developer in Pakistan on Fiverr (all I can afford) is to try to configure your plug-in so I can finally get the Woo Single Product Page (SSP) – with your swatches – to work correctly.

My Pro license has since expired, so I’m not sure if you will answer this memo, but I’m ready to buy the thing again, and right away, but given all the difficulty & frustration I’ve had trying to configure your plug-in to work correctly you’re being willing to offer me any solid confirmation of support prior to my purchase would make a difference.

Honestly, your plug-in is very expensive. $50 a year every year is a lot of money for anyone trying to develop their own e-commerce project on a very small budget and with no income.

I’ll refrain from purchasing the new license until I get a reply from you. I’m telling the guy I hire to wait until I find out if you’re willing to help him or me figure out how to match your swatches to the Woo variable products and display them correctly across my site.

Thanks For Your Patience & Consideration
