Goodmorning. I would like to update with one more info. The only strange behaviour is not only the hide, blur and blur with cross not working. When I select the not available product, which is selectable, I get the following message: No product matches your choice. Try another combination.
This happens when the an image is selected for the attribute.
When I color is selected the message is simply: out of stock

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

I did already try to use your solution previously using 30 and 40 and also 1 but it didn’t make a difference.
I now just used 80 and one of the products I am testing works:

The other though still doesn’t work:

As you can see on the site, the first product has the cross on the product and it is not clickable. The second one has no cross, is clickable and when selected presents the the writing “Esaurito”, which means not available.
Please feel free to have a look in the backoffice. Just let me know if you make any changes.

Ok! Did one more test. I forgot the settings I have used a week ago, so I had to check.
I modify the two products that I mention in the previous post that weren’t working according to the product that works now. The products are crossed only when they are disabled and not when they are only marked as not available or stock is at zero.
Is your product suppose to work in this way? If yes, it means that the setting you told me about worked and we are ok.
Please let me know.
One extra question. Is there the possibility to import/export attributes and images with a csv table?
I have lots of products and as many attributes to load and I would like to find a quick way to do it.

Please check now.
You had to enable this option.
The basic version of our plugin needs this option checked for the attribute behavior to work.
The premium version has this option so it does not need the above option to be checked.

Another question, maybe I forgot to ask previously. Do you have a method to import/export all attribute data, specifically the images? I have a csv list with all the urls ready to import all images.

Are you referring to the variation gallery images or the variation images?
We have support for the default export/import of WooCommerce.
You can use this to import new products or update existing products.

I think they are called image swatches. I am refering to the images that are created for each attribute. I hope you can see the image here below. If yes, I am refering to the small thumbnails.

Attribute Behaviour Problem

Hello, I am trying your product for the first time and strangely I have already a problem with the variation after migrating the site. Attribute behaviour for some reasons doens’t work anymore. Hide, blur or blur with cross don’t work no matter what. I have also tried to reset the plugin with the button but to no avail. I would like to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but I am afraid to loose all the attribute images I have created which are quite many.
