It appears that you are using an older version of our premium plugin.
The latest versions are:
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce - 1.1.19
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce PRO - 1.1.18
Will you please get the latest version from here?
Let me know if the issue is resolved with the latest version.
BTW, your WooCommerce and the basic version of our swatches plugin are also old.

We update the plugin, but now de user can’t select a color variations from the thumbnails. Look:
