Images not updating

Hi there,

Happy new year.

Since we updated the module, our variation images no longer update when a different colour is selected:

If you select the colour, the image should update to reflect.

Is there anything we need to do?

Hi Stephen,

Changing the image is not a feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.

Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

BTW, you have an older version of the premium plugin.

The latest version is: Variation Swatches for WooCommerce PRO – 1.1.18

Please get the latest version from here.

Many thanks for your reply.

I am unsure how to get the latest version, sorry. I think we made the purchase using another email address so the file is not available to download.

 

I disabled the plugin and it is still not working. I really have no idea what this could be.

Have you seen something like it before?

Hi Stephen,

I have inspected the issue for you.

It seems that Product Gallery Slider for Woocommerce ( Formerly Twist ) is responsible for the issue.

You can check this by deactivating the plugin.
