Mobile version, the pictures doesn’t change

Hello,

First, you have a great plugin, congrats!!
Unfortunately on mobile (only on mobile), if you tap a color, a variation, the image doesn’t change.
You can see this here – https://ecofort.ro/produs/placi-hpl/hpl-solid-colors/ .

We deactivated plugins, but the problem persist. We use Elementor.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Images Gallery for WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

It seems that you plugin has an incompatibility with Elementor Pro. When I activate only Elementor (the basic version, it just works fine). Elementor is the future in wordpress development, I really think that you have to make them compatible. Probably is something that you can fix with low effort.

I sent you login info to be able to replicate the issue and to see behind what is happening.
