I installed variation swatches pro, and did like you show in the screenshots, but i still don’t see the waiting form.

Can you help me out please?

Hello Kathleen,

Thanks for reaching out to us. You are using Rey Theme, they have changed out of stock code.

That’s why the Clickable Out of Stock option will not affect your site. You have to roll back to the older version.

As far I know, Rey Theme and Rey Core(plugin) 2.0.4 version will resolve your issue.
