hello, I have a problem with Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro.
when I navigate on mobile with Iphone (mine is Iphone 12) and I switch the colours in the preview (without entering in the product details), the image is blurried.
from a first feedback on your side, you told me that is realted to apple products and retina display,  but I would be surprised to discover that you realized a plgin that doesn’t function on iphone > = 12…. right? It can’t be a hardware problem.

Could you try to disable temporarily our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

Hello! Sorry but… if I disable the plugin how can I switch the colours and use the functionality? The problem is not the image itself, which is totally fine when loaded in the product details. the product is while i select the different previews of the different colour variation in the “shop all” page

Could you please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
