Private ticket has disappeared

Hi,
By the end of October, I opened a private ticket about a conflict between “Variation swatches for Woocommerce” plugin and another plugin I installed on my website. After receiving a reply from your support member asking me to do a video explaining the issue -which I did- I haven’t heard from them until now. When I check the ticket, all I get is “Page not found”. The ticket had the number 100390. What’s going on?
