cannot add another product to basket

Hi,

I cannot add more than 1 of the same product to cart(in all of the products)

I get an error “you cannot add another X to your cart”

the products are NOT marked “sold separately”.

many thanks for the quick replay.

i have deactivated the plugin and it is still happening.

if it does not come from your plugin, can you try to give me any direction?

Hi shani,

You can perform a plugin compatibility test by following the below steps-

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem is resolved, you can identify which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If it doesn’t help, you can temporarily activate a default theme of WordPress.
