1- In product variations page when I select a variation shows ‘clear’ text, however I have dissabled that option in settings. The same happens with tooltip, I want to be hidden.
Show clear link option is only for the archive page. We have no option for the Product details page. For the tooltip could you please give us access to your site? I have tried to access the admin login page but couldn’t.
2- When a variation is selected a new <div> is created displaying the right price but that’s not the way would be works, the main price range keep, would be change this price (SKU is changed properly in the same way I need to works product price). This happens only in product details page, in categories works fine.
Changing price is not a feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.
Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

I’ve downloaded and fully tested the plugin. In general terms works fine but there are many things doesn’t work fine:
