Products with variants – how to link/bind two options

Not sure if the title is understandable but what I need is when you choose the diameter or the weight of an item, it automatically chooses the other option as well, now you need to choose both options manually: you choose diameter and then you need to choose weight or visa versa. I want to make it so that when you chose either one (diameter or weight) it automatically chooses the other one. So lets say I chose a certain weight and the diameter would automatically be chosen as well from the variations in product with variations settings. I hope you understand what I mean.
