Out of stock show cross in variation even it has one size

I have different size and color of products with different prices .

I Disable out of stock attribute variations and enabled Crossed or blur swatch items but Clickable Out Of Stock attribute variations.

Now the issue is that if one color variation has 3 different size and 2 sizes are out of stock and one size has stock but it shows cross on color image that is not good for customers.

When customer see cross on color he will never checkout either or maybe this color has available some size.
