Problem to show some images

Hi,

Have a time that I try to use this plugin.  But I have some problems with them.

In some resolutions, it simply don’t work. I don’t know if is the combination of Kinsta CDN + WP Rocket Plugin, or some else.

I try all combinations, but the problem is the same

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and Additional Variation Image Gallery for WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com It helps me to figure out the issue quickly and squash it immediately.

I Made the tests, the problem is some combination with WP Rocket and Insta host CDN.

I’m heaving trouble with Hummingbird Pro Too.

With Hummingbird (This don’t load the images like WEBP format) or WP rocket (this broke the images completely) is impossible to use this plugin.

I send the FTP and support access, You can check if you want

Our plugin is fully compatible with the WP Rocket plugin and right now we are working with the WEBP format to compatible with our plugin until WordPress doesn’t support it officially.

Could you disable your all kind of image and cache related plugin and then check again and reproduce me a recorder video what actually happens then.
