Salient theme reviews button conflict

Hi! I’ve installed your plugin on my website with salient theme.
It seems to work correctly, except for the review off canvas form: it seems that the plugin override the reviews button’s href and it links to nothing.
What could be the reason for this issue? How can I resolve this?
