Swatch display not working

Hello,

I have been successfully using your plugin. I like the features but for some reason, the display is no longer working.

It is just a blank swatch that shows up rather than the thumbnail image. Would you have any suggestions on what I need to change to fix this?

Hi Barbara,

I am sorry for the inconvenience. It is working perfectly on my end.

Will you please try clearing the cache (both site and browser) and check?

If you still have the issue:

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Hello,

I am not just getting around to this again. It is still not working for me so if you could take a look, that would be great. Also, I am not sure if your plugin would cause this but I am encountering another problem. When I first visit a product page, the main image does not display. Sometimes it appears once I refresh the page, or of the product has variations, once a variation is selected, the main image appears.
