Swatches can not be chosen

Hello,

have no idea what has happened, but swatches can not be chosen any more on my site and the products can not be added to the cart.
For example: https://smyklove.pl/produkt/stworz-swoj-otulacz-do-fotelika/ or https://smyklove.pl/produkt/wkladka-do-wozka-baby-design-wave/
or https://smyklove.pl/produkt/oslonka-na-nozki-into-the-wild/

It all worked ok, but today (I did nothing) there is a problem.

Do You know why?

edit: there was an update of woocommerce database – maybe that’s why? I’m using the latest version of the plugin.

Regards,
Mateusz

I even bought a pro version, and It did not help at all + more problems came up 🙁

but first problem, still can not choose variations and add products to cart, please watch the example here:

https://www.loom.com/share/cbc288dd37ae4d3ca3f3a5de2fe9a471

https://smyklove.pl/produkt/stworz-swoj-otulacz-do-fotelika/

Problem number two (after installing PRO version) – it changed simple text variation into image variation, for example here:
https://smyklove.pl/produkt/wkladka-do-wozka-bebetto-holland/
“Poduszka do wkładki” shouldn’t be image but listed text (just like “Membrana oddychajaca” or “ochraniacz na palak”).

The problem is urgent – can not sell any more 🙁

Hello Mateusz Smykla,

Please, make sure you are using the latest version of the Free ( 1.1.10 ) and PRO ( 1.1.10 ) plugins.

I hope it will solve your issue. Thanks

Hello Charlie.

It was the first thing I’ve checked.

I have the 1.1.10 version od the plugins.

edit: had to deactivate plugins – I lost attributes with images, but my clients are able to add products to cart.

hope we will solve this problem as soon as possible.

Hi Mateusz Smykla,

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Thank you

I’m not sure how deactivating all of my plugins will affect my site. Shop Has to run all the time. isd there any other sugestion?

Yesterday I updated your free plugin to the 1.1.11 version – It didn’t help.

Hi Mateusz,

Could you send us the latest version of the theme that you are using on your site. We’ll try to investigate your issue installing your theme on our local setup.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Shahin,

thank You for your answer.

I’m using this theme: https://wordpress.org/themes/vogue/

Recently there was update to 1.1.12 of your plugin, however it did not help at all.

Still, when I activate Variation Swatches For WooCommerce variations can not be chosen, and there is no way to add the product to the cart.

It is over a week now since I was forced to deactivate your plugin 🙁

Hello Shahin Sid,
thanks again for the replay.

good news, It’s not the theme 😉

Please watch this:
https://www.loom.com/share/46b3007dfdc341c2872e74bae0fbdabd

When I switch off Variation Swatches for Woocommerce I’m able to add products to the cart.
After activating your plugin I’m not. What is more, the plugin changes first variation (in this case “wiazanie rozka”) into image, while it should be simple listed text. Still do not know why.

I have all the plugins updated (woocommerce version 5.0).

Hello Mateusz Smykla,

In this video, you can see our plugin is working fine with your theme. It means there is a conflict happening due to any other plugin activated in your website.

Thank you

Hello once again.

Ok, so, there was a few updates lately. Haven’t done plugin compatibility test, however, after updateing Your plugin to 1.1.13 version it started to work fine again (means my customer are albe to add products to the cart).

However there is another problem. I want the swatches to be seen only from product page, not from the shop/category page. And… it doesn’t work like that on every category, please watch this short clip:

Hello Mateusz Smykla,

I think after disabling the swatches by my mentioned option, the swatches are disabled now in all the categories as per my investigation.

Thanks
