Woodmart compatibility? Several Issues on Single product view

Hello, I am coming across several major issues that I believe may be due to conflict with the theme settings. I included a video that shows the issues and I include a list below with what I encountered.

I want to mention it happens on all of our products not just the specific shoe in the video.

  1. When clicking on a variation swatch (color) only the first image of the product is shown not the associated gallery. There is a significant delay until the images are loaded. (0:00-0:19)
  2. After clicking “add to cart” (0:20) the loading never stops and we are never redirected to the cart even though the product has been added successfully to the cart (0:40)
  3. After clicking “add to cart” there is a flickering of a random product on the screen (0:25-0:33 & 0:43-0:51)
  4. Overall there is a significant speed decrease on the whole website after the plugin has been installed.

Also, i want to mention that i disabled all caching plugins, lazy loading, and settings i could think of that may be causing some conflict in the theme like controlling swatches. Finally, i updated to the latest version of the plugin 1.1.10 and i can confirm the same behaviors do exist.

I would appreciate some urgent assistance with this issue as we were planning to go live yesterday and we delayed the release because of the above issues. Thank you in advance for your time

Hello Shamser Suzon, could you please let me know if you get an error also? because i dont see the reason it only loads in html for you i also checked the error_log on wp_admin and i dont see any errors. Also, i added a second username & password (separeted by double spaces and |&|) which is in english and you can test if it does the same thing for you. Thank you

Hi Shamser, thanks for looking into this. I believe Ahmed Eshaan is currently looking into this we tested this live yesterday through skype and it happens because of the pro version of the plugin. At the moment on the website you tested the pro version is disabled and the problem doesnt exist when the free version is active.

We also rollbacked to 1.1.2 and the issue is still there.

Hello, could you please provide me with an update regarding this issue? Because i am not getting a reply from the skype group and it has already been 6 days since i opened the issue and i cant use the pro version of the plugin. Thank you
