Pro Plugin Making Swatches Disappear

Hi there
The pro version of my swatch plugin is making the swatches disappear. When it is deactivated, and only the standard plugin is active – the swatches are there with no issue. When I activate the pro version, all of the swatches disappear completely. Is there a glitch happening with a new update? I have the pro so I can see the swatches on the catalog pages. Please advise. Thanks!
