Apologies for the inconvenience.

You have used Paddle for the payment, and it charges VAT.

After your order is completed, Paddle sends you an editable invoice.

Paddle refunds VAT once you add your company and VAT details to the invoice.

Anyway, I am forwarding your request to our team.
