Variations disappear

All variable products have been turning into simple products whenever I open the edit page. However, the variations are still there when I turn the product to a variable. However, besides that inconvenience, one product which is available on backorder switches randomly to simple product and the variations disappear so that the variations are not available on the Woocommerce store and neither are they on the product edit page. What might my problem be?

Hi Marvin,

Did you check by deactivating our plugin?

Please deactivate our plugin and check if you still have the issue.

I think there is a plugin conflict.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all additional plugins except WooCommerce and Variation Swatches for WooCommerce.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can activate your additional plugins individually to determine which plugin might be the culprit of this error.

Can I safely deactivate plugins without losing my settings? Or will I have to go through all the products to re-enter all variations? Will the variations still be there?

Hi Marvin,

Deactivating the plugin will not ruin your product configuration or plugin settings.

WooCommerce manages all products, including Variable Products.

Our plugin (Variation Swatches for WooCommerce) only converts the product attributes into different types of swatches.
