On iOS devices (iPhone/iPad), customers have to tap variation swatches twice to select them. The first tap only shows a hover effect, and the second tap actually selects the option.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open product page on iPhone/iPad
  2. Tap a color or size swatch
  3. First tap = hover effect only
  4. Second tap = actually selects the option

Impact:

  • Confusing for iOS customers
  • Works fine on desktop and Android

Expected: Single tap should select the variation, just like desktop browsers.

Device Testing:

  • iOS Safari: ❌ (double-tap required)
  • iOS Chrome: ❌ (double-tap required)
  • Android: ✅ (works correctly)
  • Desktop: ✅ (works correctly)

Request: Please fix the iOS touch handling so variation swatches work with a single tap.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t reproduce the issue on our end.

I can see you are using the Free version of our plugin and displaying swatches on the archive page.

Displaying swatches on the archive is our premium feature.

Please make sure you are using the latest browser on your iOS.
