size guide not showing up

Hello, I have a issue with the missing ‘Size guide’ button. After deactivating the ‘W S for WC’ plugin, the button appear in its place. Can you check what disables it?

Thanks for getting back to us.

Are you using a plugin to display the size guide?

If so, please contact the plugin author and ask for a hook to replace the size chart.

It is somehow replaced when you activate our plugin.

Hi, they don’t use the third-party plugin for the size guide popup. Theme support say; maybe the plugin is conflicted with the size guide function of the Loobek theme.

I have temporarily deactivated the swatches plugin and the size chart link is not available for this product.

Am I missing any settings? Can you please replicate the issue for one product and share a link?

Hi, they don’t use the third-party plugin for the size guide popup.

In this case, do they have a hook to reposition the size chart link? I think changing the position perhaps resolves the issue.
