Just bought plugin: new upload is leading to an error “cannot activate 2 plugins” (I have deleted the free version)

Trying to add serial where???? See attached.

Apologies for the delayed response, it was our weekend.

You need the basic version of our plugin installed on your site.

The premium version requires it.
