Technical problems with the operation

Hello,

I am working on this website in production and I want to use your plugin but it is failing on the store archive page. The variations do not work and I cannot choose them and add them to the cart.

The problem at first I thought was Wp Rocket, because when I deactivate it it seems to work fine, but then I realized that it does not.

I have also made the exclusions in wp rocket, both in the javascript delay and in the deferred loading, but it still does not work well.

As I said, I have also detected that even if I have Wp Rocket deactivated, errors continue to occur. When I use the filters sometimes they load well, sometimes they do not. If I refresh the page they seem to reload, but if I then apply a filter they appear to be non-functional. There is something more than wp rocket.

Indeed the configuration you have implemented works, but it raises a couple of doubts for me, because when including:

\/jquery(-migrate)?-?([0-9.]+)?(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js(\?(.*))?( |’|”|>)
js-(before|after)
(?:/wp-content/|/wp-includes/)(.*)

Everything is excluded and the web optimization is lost, and that worries me. Is there no other way? Normally excluding the specific javascripts of the plugin that generates the conflict resolves it, why not in this case?

Hi ROQUEBEVAN,

Please try to exclude the wp-includes folder’s JS files.

These are the core JS files of WordPress and it shouldn’t delay for our plugin to work smoothly.

We have dependencies on those JS files. If you want more specific files, please check the list of JS files.

I think the problem, apart from those solved with wp rocket, comes from the filter plugin. Performing tests I have observed that if I disable the ajax function of the filter plugin, your plugin loads well, however with the ajax function activated, if I perform a filter, the variations do not load. If I refresh the page, they do. Something is happening in this sense. I don’t know what to do, because the ajax function gives a better experience, but it is not essential. I don’t know if it would happen with another filter plugin.
