Modify HTML Output – Input Radio instead Unordered Lists

Hello,

Is it possible to modify the HTML output for variations to use input radios instead of unordered lists? If so, could you guide me on which functions I should override to implement this change?

I believe input radios offer better accessibility, especially for keyboard navigation and tabbing, and provide more styling options for active and focus states.

It would be great if this modification is possible.
