Pro Version Not Working

I used to have the pro version working and after updating, it changed to free version and we lost most of the capabilities.
I tried uninstalling, downloading the pro version from GetWoo and installing again, and it just installs the free version.
There’s nowhere to input a product key and change it to the Pro.
Contact me with your email address if you need a temporary login.
Please help 🙂
