Tooltip style not showing

Thank you for reaching out to us. From my inspection, you are using a child theme.

=> Install & Activate a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting.

=> Enable the troubleshooting mode- https://paste.pics/QXIXW

 Please kindly do a theme conflict check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Activate a default theme like StoreFront- https://paste.pics/QXIYF

=> See if the problem persists. 

=> If the problem is resolved, you can understand if the issue is arising for the theme or not.

If that doesn’t help. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin in troubleshooting mode.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

On my site I have the same result as when the checkbox “Enable tooltip on each product attribute.” is disabled. So whether I enable or disable this checkbox, I get the same results. Even with all the plugins disabled

I have visited your site and found you are using the Object Cache plugin. Perhaps, it is caching the object and causing this issue. I have disabled and reenabled the “Enable tooltip on each product attribute” and now it is working fine from my end – https://paste.pics/R3B9I.

As I said in my last message, it could be an issue for the object cache.

Can you please recreate the product as a draft product? Then check whether it works or not.

Note: Please don’t duplicate it by clicking on the duplicate button.

Try to create one product enabling object cache and one product disabling object cache.

Then check both products.
