Variation Swatches and Images not working

I’m currently using the free version of both Variation Swatches and Image Gallery. I’ve already set the variation images for a specific product however I can’t seem to make the plugin work. Hopefully someone can help! 🙂

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce, Additional Variation Images Gallery,  and Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you will understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

Hello Hakik! Thanks for the update. However, upon deactivating the plugins (with the exception of Sitekit and WP rocket), the problem is still there. Can you recommend any next steps if this does not work?

You have several numbers of variations, so, I have disabled this option- https://paste.pics/QYTG7

For the image-changing issue, I found your child theme is blocking it. You can switch to a default theme or the parent theme for a test.

I hope it will help you to sort out the issue.

Thanks for the information above. I tried disabling my child theme but the problem still persists on the image gallery slider.

Once I disable the Variation Image Gallery plugin, the Swatches Variation plugin works

What else can I do on my end? The slider image gallery feature of the variation images plugin is something that my client really wants. Is it a bug?

Is there any resolution for this? Divi is a widely-used theme and I barely used any custom scripts in it.

Hi Cynna,

Please make sure you are using the latest version of Divi 4.25.1.

Also, I am trying to check it on our side with the Divi theme.

I will let you know once I make a fresh environment with the Divi and Additional Variation Images Gallery plugin.
