No crosses showing on unavailable options

Hello,

I have been using this plugin for a while but I have more than a certain amount of variations, the cross and blur stops working. It only gives the “no products matched your selection” message at the bottom.

This makes it difficult for customers to know what options are available when they pick a color. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi Jonathan,

It seems like you don’t have the premium version of the plugin. There is a limitation on the number of variations the basic version supports. You will need the premium version of the plugin.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

I could make another user, but if the issue is having the premium version then I’m not sure that you would need to investigate any further.

If there is a way to fix this on the free version then please let me know.

Unfortunately, you will need the premium version of the plugin.

This is listed as one of our premium features.

If it does not work with the premium version, please let us know.
