Please enable the Clickable Out of Stock option.
Uncheck the Disable Out of Stock item first.

I Like the “cross” on the “Out of Stock” Items but is it possible to make them still clickable? So that theyre just not buyable but still clickable?
So my customers could see the Variation Images/Descriptions when they click on the not available Product (variation).
