Variation Swatches for WooCommerce

Hi
I have recently taken on a website build by another company and have the Variation Swatches for WooCommerce already installed (Free Version).
The company sells kitchen doors in a huge range of sizes and colours (upto 41 different colours) i have never used your plugin before and having some issues configuring it.
Do i need to configure each colour to each size of door they offer ? if so this, is there an easier way to do this as they sell about 100 different variation of sizes and with some doors coming in upto 41 colours this will take alot of time to configure.
