From my inspection, you are not using the Premium/Pro version of our plugin.
Displaying the swatches on the archive/shop page is our premium feature.
You have to install and activate both the basic/free version along with pro/premium version.

I don’t see the variations in archive/shop page

I have not touched any of the configuration, and now the variations are not seen in this section, however when I enter a product they do appear.
