I think the attached images are the best way to illustrate the issue.

 

In the first, I’ve circled where the quantity should display and the code showing that it is “hidden”.
In the second, I’ve removed the “hidden” code locally, and the quantity adjuster now displays correctly.

 

Just to confirm:

The quantity was displaying (with + – quantity adjuster) before adding their plugin for swatches
The setting for activated

Hi Dan,

Displaying/Hiding quantity field is not a feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.

I have disabled our plugin and found the quantity field hidden. During my tests I have recorded my screen: https://www.loom.com/share/5a3653bcf3b24536ba288b68183967bf

So, it is not related to our plugin.

Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists.

=> If the problem is resolved, you will understand which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin compatibility check didn’t help you can change the theme to a default theme to identify the issue. To do these tests you can use a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting Plugin.
