Can one Attribute choice deselect another?

So in this situation I have a product with a base price, and an attribute with different engraving options that have different prices. So when I select Engraving 1-30 it adds $10 to the base price, but Engraving 31 is $15 and Engraving 32 -35 is $20. I also provide 2 layouts as options but that does not effect the price.

I can use woocommerce to auto generate all these variations, but that means I need 70 variations. 35 if I manually set the layout option to  “Any layout option”, and delete the other 35. If I could put Engravings 31 and 32-35 in different attributes, but when they are selected, to deselect the other attribute options (1-30), then I could get the variations of this product down to 3.

They would appear to be in different groups, but would need to function as a single attribute. If I select anything from these 3 Engravings sets, it would only allow one to be selected.

Is something like that possible? I have the same options for different wood listings, so manually adjusting 70 variations*12 woods would save a ton of time for me!
