New product has different ratio thumbnails

Hi, I have some strange behaviour with a new added product. It’s the same product template page, no differences in CSS or layout. But the additional variation images are showing different ratio images than the other products. Also it seems to change the order of images via a ajax trigger. Can you check and advise?
