Variation Swatches Pro not updating to 2.0.26

Hi, I have recently updated my Pro subscription for Variation Swatches for WooCommerce. My plugins page shows a new available update (2.0.26), however, when I attempt to update the plugin, I receive an error message that there is no update package available.

Please advise. Thank you!

Thanks for your response! Unfortunately, it looks like the download link you sent has expired, so I am unable to download the plugin files you sent.

Additionally, I due to security reasons, I will not share my account login info with you. I can provide the email associated with my account that’s used for my username: [email protected]. My order number is: 118095. My subscription number is: #139673

I will not provide you with my password as it is a reasonable expectation that as the plugin developer, you should have the ability to troubleshoot the issue without requiring your user to share sensitive login information.

Please let me know what alternative information I can provide you with to aid in your troubleshooting—I’m happy to help! I’d like to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have provided screenshots of my account page showing that no downloads are available in my account pages. [edit: the images are stripped from my reply when uploaded]
