Thanks for reaching out to us. For duplicate color on the archive/shop page, please make sure your theme has any built-in swatches facilities or not. If the theme has the swatches feature please disable that to avoid any conflict like: https://paste.pics/OO0OU
Again, the option in Product Page tab
Show selected attribute variation name beside the title – does not work
It depends on your theme structure. Some theme changes the default behavior of the theme. If you inspect your site you can see they are using <div> where WooCommerce default is <table>. Please check this screenshot: https://paste.pics/OO0PI
If you temporarily check it using a theme from WordPress.org like Storefront. You can see the difference.

I need to show only colour swatches with +more link. Here both swathces are showing.
What I did was “Swatch Setting” page,
Proudct Page tab, Attribute display limit to 0
Special Attributes tab Attribute display limit to 4
Product Page

Here all color swatches should show, but +more link is showing. I assume this is controlled from
Proudct Page tab -> Attribute display limit
In this page, swatch size should be bigger than in catalogue page.
Again, the option in Product Page tab
