checkboxes for variations on single product page

Is there a way to make this plugin have the variations appear as check boxes so it can be multiple items checked and then added to cart once they are in the single product page?
Example. https://fastingblends.net/product/200to1samples/
This page I want the blends to be checkmarks and they can select which blends they want to add all at once.
