Attribute Images Not Working – Tried Existing Fixes

Eric Vollmer

Hello,

Ive gone through the forum to see if I could fix on my own but am unable to get the images to show once the color is selected. This was working fine.

Ive tried:

  • Turning off plugins
  • Changing Global Attributes on some products
  • Re-submitting products and starting over
  • Clearing cache

Please help!

Hi Eric,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Could you record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this? https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to quickly figure out the issue.

Please give me an exact link to check it for you.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you

Hello,

So I forgot to mention that it isn’t an issue with every product, just some of them for some reason. ive recorded my screen with the issue showing one product that works and another that doesn’t.

Thanks for the quick response.

Download vid here: https://we.tl/t-2BBIhvdSkV its a WeTransfer link if that works for you.

Hi Eric,

Please try to temporarily deactivate WooThumbs for WooCommerce by Iconic, then try again.

I have installed and activated the plugin Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. You can perform the plugin conflict test using that.

The feature is developed based on the default WooCommerce gallery. While some plugins/themes will change the normal behavior that feature may not work as it should.

Thank You

Ok, so that fixed the problem. I could swear i tested that one deactivated. Anyway. I paid quite a bit of money for that plugin because Woocommerce’s thumbnails and way too small and look weird. Is there any sort of workaround for this? Any help here is greatly appreciated.

Hi Eric,

Unfortunately, there is no workaround for this plugin. You can try the Additional Variation Images Gallery Plugin to control the thumbnails, it is compatible with this feature.

Thank You
