we have disabled it, because otherwise it doesn’t work, but we want to have lazy load enabled.

FYI: From WordPress 5.5, the lazy load is a built-in feature of WordPress Core. Please check this as a reference: https://make.wordpress.org/core/2020/07/14/lazy-loading-images-in-5-5/

As far as I know, by enabling lazy load from Flatsome theme settings, the type of the image is converted into base64.

Our plugin doesn’t support the base64 format.

I want to enable the lazy loading of flatsome, but disable it for product image gallery, is this possible.

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.
