Hmm, I following the steps exactly, but swathes not shown. No any other plugin installed yet. I’m trying with a default WordPress Theme. Have any suggestions on where to look for the issue?

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin and set the info here.

Otherwise, please remove the existing color attributes and re-create them all.

Is Color swaches only available in the PRO version? Or can they also appear in the free version? I just uploaded the free version of the plugin, but the colors do not appear well. They shown as buttons.
