Have you activated the latest version(free/pro) of the swatches plugin together on your site?

Could you enable the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, and check if it is happening there or not?

If above things does not work,  please give me temporary admin access to your site. I’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

I switched on another plugin.

But for your information! my theme is Enfold and I disabled all other plugins and removed all my custom CSS.

But the problem still exists.

Hi Amirhossein Ghorbanmehr,

If you send me the login details then I can check what is happening there.

and you can check plugin compatibility to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the problem resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.
