order status issue with Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro

Order status is not changing when I update the order from processing to completed & Delivered. Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro plugin is causing confliction. when desable issue resolved. i troubleshooted found the plugin Variation Swatches for WooCommerce – Pro is causing this issue but no issue with free version… please look into this and resolve this issue
