Move variation selection on shop page to product detail

Hello,

Is somehow possible to make this?
Customer enters shop page and selects color variation of product X, for example color black. Then he enters the Product X detail page, and this black variation autoselects?

Thanks for your feedback.
Unfortunately client do not want to show on archive page single attribute but both color and size attributes.
What can we do in this case please?

Hi there,

I understood your concern but currently, both options are not available.

1. If you want to keep the attribute variation selected on product page after clicking from the shop/archive page then you need to use a single attribute variation on the archive page.

2. You can show the color and size of both attributes on archive pages by disabling single attribute variation on the archive page.
