Error after update

Hi there,

Since the update i have an issue with products with only one size option. When you want to add the product to your cart then you get the message: select product option before adding to cart.

For products with more sizes it’s fine.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Please kindly do a plugin compatibility check by doing these steps to identify the error :

=> Deactivate all of your additional plugins except the WooCommerce and WooCommerce Variation Swatches Plugin.

=> See if the problem persists. If the issue is resolved, you can tell which plugin might be the culprit of this error by activating your additional plugins one by one.

If the plugin conflict check doesn’t help, please record me reproducing your issue using a tool like this. https://www.useloom.com
It helps me to figure out the issue quickly.

And don’t forget to add your site login details in the site login details area. I’ll check what’s happening there.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

As per your product link, this product https://myrth.nl/product/by-m-riem-blauw/ is a simple product.

Our plugin will only be applied to variable products. Could you disable our swatches plugin and check if is it working without our plugin or not?

The problem is still there when the plugin is disabled.

 

When i change the product size to OS (one size) the i can click it and add it to the cart.

Hi Ralph,

That means the issue is not coming from our side.

Please try it with a basic WordPress theme like- Twenty Twenty Two, etc.

Or, contact the theme support team regarding this issue.

Hi Hakik,

There are so much strange things going on.

The filter WOOF doesnt work anymore;
Shoe sizes under the image shows random sizes, not all.

Schoenen – Myrth – Schoenenwinkel in den bosch  See the first shoe Est’Seven enkelboots – taupe. You see the sizes 37-38-39-40 but in the setting you can see 41-42 are also there.
Some shoe stock info is updated when the article is opend.

The One size problem ass mentioned

Can you please give a look?

But i dont get it, how to figure out the problem with showing sizes. As mentioned:

 

Schoenen – Myrth – Schoenenwinkel in den bosch  See the first shoe Est’Seven enkelboots – taupe.

You see the sizes 37-38-39-40 but in the setting you can see 41-42 are also there.
Some shoe stock info is updated when the article is opend.

 

When i disable the plugin then i can’t see the sizes on the cataloges.

Hi Ralph,

Please temporarily deactivate the swatches plugin and check whether 41-42 are listed in the default dropdown or not.

If it displays at the default dropdown- https://prnt.sc/l-zuD1jC08YZ it will display as a swatch both on the archive and single product page.
