Variation Images not Showing when selecting swatch

Hi,

Everything was working fine until I migrate the site to a new domain.

When in product page, I have Color variation swatches. Each product has its own image. But when I select a diferent swatch, the image doesn’t change to the selected colour.

I have regenerate CSS, media library, reset permalinks… but still not working.

I have no idea how to solve the issue

Help!!!

As you can see, nothing happens when I click on the colour swatches. I have set up a different photo per colour swatch.

The photo should change to a different colour.

 

I uninstalled WordPress and installed it again but nothing happens. Yesterday it was working fine

Hi Alejandro,

Changing images is not a feature of our plugin, is the feature of WooCommerce itself.

Could you disable our swatches plugin and check is it working without our plugin or not?

You are right,

even with Variable Swatches disconnected, the image feature does not work… bummer!

 

So I deactivated the plugins one by one, just to find out that the issue is with JetWooBuilder…

I’ll contact the guys from Crocoblock.

Hi Alejandro,

You may try your site with a default WordPress theme like- Twenty Twenty.

Sometimes, this issue arises for the theme.

BTW, to run a theme compatibility test you can use Health Check & Troubleshoot plugin. It will not affect on front-end but you can check how it looks with another theme.
