Hi Gosia,
The width of your tooltip is very long. Please try to add the below CSS at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
.wvs-has-image-tooltip:before {
margin-left: -200px;
}
Then check if it is visible or not. Before checking don’t forget to clear your cache like- Browser Cache, Caching Plugin Cache, and Server-side cache.

It will not fit on a mobile screen.
I have tried to keep it in several ways. The width of the tooltip image is 500px. Check this screenshot.
Where a standard mobile screen is the highest 767px.

I don’t think it will do anything. You can’t see it. It’s just that in your plugin the prompts work fine. But I also have a plugin from another company (don’t know if I can give a link here) whose tooltips don’t work, they are not visible at all. I disabled the theme’s tooltips (Woodmart), but that didn’t help.
