Plugin incompatibility

Dear support,

it looks like, with your plugin enabled, the badge by “YITH WooCommerce Badge Management” plugin is not displayed on the product page.

Hi Hakik,

thanks for your reply. That’s exactly what I meant. When your plugin is not used (the one you mentioned does not use the plugin), the badges are correctly displayed. When the plugin is used (the other link I mentioned), the badge is not displayed.

Hi Roberto,

Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.

You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.
