Can you please give us temporary admin access to your site? We’ll try to investigate the issue for you.
You can add new users by going to Users > Add New set the user and password for us, set the role to admin, and set the info here.

Yes. I did. I tried to uncheck the “Enable Gallery Thumbnail Slide” option but it doesn’t work.

I would like remove the thumbnail at left hand side. All image and video should present in two column as original konte layout 2. May I know is it possible? Thanks.
Also, I can’t upload image with reply, is this normal or there is bug in ticket system?

BTW, image upload has an issue and we recommend using an app like Lightshot to upload images on our site.

Disable slider of image gallery

May I know is it possible to disable the slider of image gallery. I am using Konte Theme and having attached product gallery layout, I would like to keep the layout but using “Additional Variation Image Gallery” with video function.
